Haru hosts an intimate counter omakase in his own home, seating only a handful of guests at his hinoki bar. Fish is flown in from Toyosu twice a week and each course is composed quietly in front of you. Trained in kaiseki in Kyoto, he offers a calm, deeply personal meal you cannot replicate in any restaurant.
